The details behind the making
Terms of Service
How you can use Craft Punk, what your plan includes, and the responsibilities we share.
The short version
Free is for personal use. Maker adds sales of finished pieces. Commercial plans add sales of physical tools. Generated digital files cannot be sold or redistributed on any plan. You retain ownership of your original artwork.
This summary is a guide. The full terms below apply.
01. Our agreement with you
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to the websites, Little House studio, subscriptions, and related digital tools provided by Craft Punk LLC (“Craft Punk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Frederick, Maryland, United States.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to agree on its behalf.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
02. Your account
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement or use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms. The service is not directed to children under 13. Purchases must be made by an adult or an authorized representative of a business.
Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
03. What the service provides
Craft Punk provides tools for designing and downloading digital models, crafting templates, and project files. Little House generates printable wall and roof stamps and base cutters for making clay houses. A subscription does not include a printer, materials, physical products, or shipping.
Features and download access depend on your plan. Guest exports may be limited, and reasonable rate limits may apply to maintain availability. Current plan prices and available billing options are displayed in the studio and at checkout.
Keep your own backups. Browser drafts are stored on your device and can be lost if browser data is cleared. Use Save project to keep a portable copy of your work.
04. Plans & licenses
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service and its generated outputs for the purposes permitted by your plan. The plan permissions below concern generated outputs; they do not transfer ownership of Craft Punk’s software, built-in artwork, branding, or other materials.
| Permission | Free | Maker | Commercial | Commercial Custom |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Personal use of generated tools | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Sell finished clay or ceramic pieces | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Sell generated physical stamps & cutters | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Use custom textures & PNG templates | No | Yes | No | Yes |
| Replace the Craft Punk maker mark | No | No | Yes | Yes |
| Sell or redistribute generated digital files | No | No | No | No |
Digital files and branding
You may keep generated files for your own permitted use and backups. You may not sell, share publicly, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute generated 3MF files, templates, or generated project files, including modified versions. A physical-product license does not include a digital-file distribution license.
Wall and roof stamps include a maker mark. Free and Maker outputs must retain the Craft Punk mark. Commercial and Commercial Custom may substitute a custom maker mark through the service’s branding controls. The base cutter is unmarked. Do not remove required marks or license notices to evade these restrictions.
Plan changes affect access to features and new exports when the change takes effect. Retain the license information supplied with your downloads. These permissions do not grant rights to third-party artwork or trademarks you use in a design.
05. Your artwork & content
You retain ownership of your independently created artwork and other original content. Uploading it does not transfer that ownership to Craft Punk. You grant us permission to process, reproduce, and transform it as needed to provide the features you request, such as texture processing, previews, and exports.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and use your content, including for any commercial products you make. Do not upload material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. Our generated-output license does not authorize uses of third-party content that its owner has not permitted.
Craft Punk retains its rights in the service, software, built-in assets, names, and branding. Third-party software remains subject to its own license terms.
06. Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds
Before purchasing a paid subscription, review the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, renewal terms, and any other terms displayed at checkout. If you choose a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the agreed interval until you cancel. Any trial or promotional terms apply only when expressly offered.
Manage your subscription through Plans & account → Manage account in the studio. The account controls show the effective date of a cancellation or plan change. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period preserves paid access until that period ends. After paid access ends, Free features remain available.
If you cannot access the cancellation controls or need help with a charge, email will@craftpunk.xyz. Include your account email and relevant charge date, but never your password or full payment-card details.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods, unused time, and unused features, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid future charges. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at the address above. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
We will provide notice of subscription price changes before they apply and obtain any consent required by law. Payment and authentication services may be provided by third parties, including Stripe and Clerk.
07. Use the service responsibly
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Access another person’s account without authorization or misrepresent your identity.
- Bypass subscription controls, download restrictions, or security measures.
- Upload malicious code, disrupt the service, or use automated requests that unreasonably burden it.
- Resell access to the service or distribute generated digital files contrary to the plan licenses.
- Remove required branding or claim that Craft Punk endorses your products without permission.
Restrictions in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
08. Printing & physical making
Previews and dimensions are design aids. Printing and making results vary with the design, printer, slicer settings, materials, and techniques. Dimensions describe nominal wet-clay sizes; the service does not simulate firing shrinkage or guarantee final dimensions, printability, release, or structural performance.
Inspect downloaded files in your slicer and test tools with your materials before production. Follow the instructions for your printer, tools, clay, and glaze. Wall and roof stamps mark outlines for hand trimming; the base cutter is a separate through-cutting tool.
If you sell physical products, you are responsible for their quality, safety, descriptions, and compliance with requirements that apply to those products. A commercial plan grants the specified selling permissions; it does not certify the resulting products.
09. Availability & account access
We may maintain, update, or change the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of your projects. We will provide notice of material changes affecting paid access when required by law.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, nonpayment, fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.
You may stop using the service at any time. Cancel any recurring subscription through your account controls; simply closing the browser does not cancel billing. Contact us to request account deletion. Ending account access does not remove payment obligations already incurred or restrictions on redistribution of generated files.
10. Disclaimers & liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and generated files are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that every design will meet your intended result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Craft Punk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or interruption of business.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the extent the law allows.
11. Changes & general terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes through the website or account communications when appropriate or legally required. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date; we will request consent where required.
Maryland law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory laws in your place of residence provide otherwise. You retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring claims in a court available to you under applicable law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and any applicable purchase terms form the agreement for your use of the service. If a purchase term conflicts with these Terms, the purchase term controls for that purchase to the extent permitted by law.
